If you couldn’t make it to my recent Zoom session on healthy eating with Thermomix, I wanted to share a recap here so you can catch up in your own time, no pressure, no overwhelm, just practical support.

This session was all about how to use Thermomix to make healthy eating simpler, less stressful, and more sustainable in real life.

Why Healthy Eating Often Feels So Hard

Most of us already know what we should be eating but knowing and doing are two very different things.

Busy lives, family demands, fussy eaters, decision fatigue, and conflicting nutrition advice can make healthy eating feel exhausting. By the end of the day, willpower is low and convenience tends to win.

This is where having the right tools and the right support can make all the difference.

My Story (Why This Matters to Me)

I bought my first Thermomix nearly ten years ago in Australia, just after my second son was born. When we moved to Jersey nine years ago, becoming a Thermomix advisor felt like a natural step: it allowed me to be present for my boys, meet new people, and share something I genuinely loved.

I’ve always been interested in cooking and healthy eating, but like many families, I found it challenging at times. Cooking with limited time, different preferences, and the constant juggle of family life isn’t always easy.

A few years ago, I started experiencing my own health challenges; low energy, brain fog, weight gain, and a general feeling of not quite being myself. That led me to explore more deeply how food could support both physical and mental wellbeing. I went on to train as a health coach, but my true passion has always been cooking real, nourishing food for my family in a way that doesn’t add extra stress.

More recently, I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, which helped many pieces fall into place. But even before that diagnosis, I had created a comprehensive 30-day programme - Thermi30 to support myself through that period. It’s a supprtive, gentle, anti-inflammatory approach focused on real food and sustainable habits, and it made a huge difference to how I felt.

Using Thermomix to Support Your Health Goals

One of the biggest advantages of Thermomix is how it removes friction from healthy eating.

During the session, I showed how to:

  • Search for recipes based on specific health goals

  • Filter recipes to suit dietary needs and preferences

  • Use meal planning tools to reduce daily decision-making

  • Batch cook and prepare ahead, saving time and energy

  • Build meals around whole, nourishing ingredients

Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean complicated cooking or spending hours in the kitchen. With the right approach, it can actually feel calm and manageable.

Aside from Cookidoo there are numerous bloggers out there who create recipes that use Thermomix as a tool to achieve health goals - I particularly like Skinny Mixers, Jo Whitton from Quirky Cooking and Noni Jenkins ….all happen to be in Australia! There’s more out there too but these guys are great! Also check out the Australian Thermomix Recipe Community which has a wonderful library of recipes mainly uploaded by advisors and you can download those straight to your own Cookidoo.

Making Healthy Eating Easier (and Less Stressful)

What I see time and time again is that people don’t fail because they lack motivation, they struggle because they lack structure and support.

Thermomix is an incredibly powerful tool, but it works best when paired with:

  • Clear guidance

  • Simple frameworks

  • Accountability

  • A community of support

That’s exactly why I created Thermi30.

Introducing Thermi30

Thermi30 is a 30-day, anti-inflammatory reset designed to help you:

  • Reconnect with real food

  • Support energy, digestion, and clarity

  • Reduce overwhelm around meals

  • Build habits that actually last

It’s not about perfection or restriction. It’s about creating a supportive structure that fits into real life, especially if you already have (or are considering) a Thermomix.

I’ll be supporting you throughout the programme, and everything is designed to work with your Thermomix, not against your time or energy.

Final Thought

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, restrictive, or stressful. With the right tools, a bit of structure, and the right support, it can feel nourishing, empowering, and surprisingly simple.
